Tilaa avaimia
Asunto-osakkeen omistaja voi tilata lisäavaimia isännöintitoimiston kautta. Mikäli joku muu kuin osakas tilaa avaimet, tulee tilaajalla olla osakkaan laatima valtakirja avaintilaukseen.
Näin avaintilaus etenee
Isännöintitoimisto tekee avaintilauksen lukkoliikkeeseen ja lukkoliike ilmoittaa tilaajalle, kun valmiin avaimen voi noutaa lukkoliikkeestä noin viikon kuluessa. Varaudu todistamaan henkilöllisyytesi ja maksamaan avain sitä noutaessasi. Lukkoliike vastaa tarkemmin avainten hinnoitteluun ja toimitusaikaan liittyviin kysymyksiin.
